knitting and crochet

As a fibre artist, I like to play with dramatic colour and form. I’m fascinated with the muddy edges of a crochet stitch and the slow, deliberate pointillism of making a human face or realistic scene emerge from a medium that defies straight lines. I also make earrings, clothing, and the occasional small stuffed animal.
